State of the Art Technology

Digital X-Rays
We are constantly evaluating the latest in dental technology in order to provide the best care possible to our patients. We recently converted our x-ray equipment to digital technology for many reasons. It is faster and shows more detail than traditional x-ray film. Additionally, it uses only a fraction of the radiation, which is safer for our patients. This technology allows us to better communicate with our patients since the images are enlarged on our computer monitor, allowing patients to see what we have been seeing for years on regular film.

Intraoral Camera
Another great communication tool is our intraoral camera. Shaped like a wand, it allows us to take photographs of your actual teeth in great detail. You now have the ability to see areas of concern you might not otherwise have seen.

Digital Pictures
We also enlist the help of our digital camera to take before and after pictures of your teeth when having cosmetic work done. It also enables us to better communicate with our laboratory.

Tooth Whitening
Our Zoom! light allows us to provide a one-hour bleaching service to our patients. It is the same technology as seen on the hit show “Extreme Makeover.” It is not for everyone, but it is great for patients who want an instant result in whitening their teeth.

One Visit Root Canals
Both doctors have had training in rotary endodontics. This technology enables us to provide faster, better root canals in just one visit.
